You may be looking for a hybrid, but you want something that is a step up from the Toyotas and Hondas that are so popular today. If luxury is what you want from a hybrid, then check out the Lexus GS450h Hybrid. You will find that this is a luxury vehicle that is also a hybrid, offering you great performance and good fuel efficiency as well. The vehicle holds five passengers, it is technologically advanced, and it is really the first hybrid that offers high performance, for those that have a need for speed.
The Lexus GS450h Hybrid actually has a 297 horsepower 3.5 liter V-6 gasoline engine in it, but it also has a battery pack and a 197 horsepower electric motor as well. You'll still get plenty of luxury with this vehicle, and the newer model definitely provides better environmental benefits that the first release of this vehicle. Hopefully, they will continue to improve on the fuel efficiency.
